Doug Baum

Board Member

Doug recently joined the board of directors as the Preferred Shareholder representative. He has been involved with MacuCLEAR from the Falll of 2006 as part of the IC2 Institute team that developed MacuCLEAR's prize winning business plan.

He later became an investor, and influenced several of the early preferred shareholders to make investments in the Company. Doug has served as a virtual management team member focussing on business development and regulatory affairs matters. He recently became a part-time consultant for the Company. Doug has nearly 20 years of drug development experience, involving fifteen approved drugs through the FDA. He has been involved as a senior CRO executive in 100 development programs with 70 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
