Dr. George Chiou led the development of Timolol, one of the highest selling ophthalmic pharmaceuticals, and has more than 30 years of ocular pharmacology and therapeutic experience. He is the owner of 30 patents in the research and development of drugs for ocular diseases. Dr. Chiou serves as professor and director of the Institute of Ocular Pharmacology, and Professor of Neuroscience and Experimental Therapeutics at Texas A&M Health Science Center.
