Dennis L. McWilliams

As founder and CEO of ApolloEndo, Inc., Dennis McWilliams has a broad base of experience in building small companies based on both medical devices and drug therapeutics.  

Formerly, he was an entrepreneur in residence at PTV Sciences, an early stage venture capital fund focusing on life science and medical devices. McWilliams has also served as COO for Chrysalis Biotechnology with responsibilities including corporate financing, strategic partnering and M&A activities. He raised more than $15 million in non-venture financing and was instrumental in the acquisition of Chrysalis by OrthoLogic. McWilliams also worked at the IC2 Institute where he developed technology commercialization strategies for a variety of public and private entities, including UTMB, NASA and CIA labs.

McWilliams earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Texas. He has a Master of Science in engineering management from Stanford University.
